Lark Doyle

Lark is a native of Saint John, New Brunswick where she currently lives, works and enjoys her art endeavors in the fields of watercolours, stained glass and creative writing. In her own words ,"  I am self taught with respect to whatever talent I may have been born with and my appreciation for the beauty of life all around us. I was lucky enough however to have had a few wonderful art teachers early in life. Firstly Peggy Smith, who inspired  and encouraged me not only to see but to feel my art with her always present zest for life.; the late Peter Davidson who always said " yes , I know you can" , when I said " I just don't think I can"; and most recently Tanya Arsenault who watched and quietly encouraged as I dipped  the rust off my brushes after a long separation from art on paper.

" Art may inspire or touch a soul or two. All I know and feel inside is it's just something I have to do."
